We believe Modern Yoga can have a positive impact on the world. It can improve both mental and physical health, and help give structure and meaning.

We don't shy away from difficult issues in Yoga. We encourage discussions on topics from abuse of power and bad working conditions through to physical injury and cultural appropriation.

Clark Seldon

Founder

Clark Seldon used to own and operate bingo halls but he felt a need for change. He then trained as a yoga teacher and studied Anthropology and Religion at Manchester University. His goal now is to help create innovation and connection within the Yoga and wellbeing community.

Natalie Holden

Events Organising

Natalie Holden has been involved with organising events since 2015. She runs her own design company, however, with her a newfound love for yoga and wellbeing she is enjoying transferring these skills and helping us create stylish and inspiring events.

Wellbeing Officer

Theo thinks it’s important to keep his humans well trained. He makes sure they go out for regular walks in nature, take proper lunch breaks and give lots of tummy tickles.
